Engaged in sustainability and technology
Tonje has a background in organizational psychology, HR and management, and is currently pursuing an Executive Master in Management with a specialization in energy. She has previously worked as a CMO in an industrial and energy corporation, and will now be working as a sales engineer with us at Mivanor.
– I wanted to become part of Mivanor because the company works with solutions that have a major impact on the environment and sustainability, she says.
For Tonje, the combination of technology and customer contact is what makes the job especially interesting. She looks forward to contributing to good solutions for customers, building relationships, and being part of projects that make a difference.
– The role as a sales engineer allows me to combine experience in communication and leadership with customer interaction and project work, which I find incredibly exciting.
Strong technical expertise and experience
Kenneth, on the other hand, brings a strong technical background. He holds vocational certificates as a motorcycle mechanic and wheel equipment technician, as well as over ten years of workshop experience. He has also recently completed his education in mechanical engineering at Fagskolen in Rogaland, and will be stepping into the role of project engineer with us.
– The position seemed both exciting and challenging. In addition, I would say that Mivanor seemed like a very interesting company, he says.
He will follow up both new and existing customers, and has a clear goal of further developing the aftermarket.
– The aftermarket is an area I look forward to delving into; there is great potential here. At the same time, I want to develop myself as a project engineer.
– A perfect match for us
CEO Tor Erik Moan is very positive about the new hires and is excited to get to know them better.
– Tonje and Kenneth are both highly skilled and show great engagement. I look forward to seeing their development going forward, he says, adding:
– They are a perfect match for us at Mivanor.
