SMALL-SCALE TRIALS AND TAILORED SOLUTIONS

One of the most important tools we use to identify optimal purification solutions is small-scale trials. This year, we conducted numerous such trials for various companies. These tests provide valuable insight into the specific challenges and needs of businesses, whether related to heavy metals, nutrients, or other pollution parameters.

The small-scale trials have not only been a tool for us but also for customers who have received clear recommendations and documentation on how their water purification can be implemented or improved.

MULTIPLE NEW CONTRACT SIGNINGS

This year, we also signed several contracts with customers who chose to invest in our purification solutions. These projects represent unique challenges and solutions, and we look forward to assisting with implementation and consultation in 2025. For us, this is proof that long-term efforts and a meticulous approach to customer needs yield results.

Stay tuned in the new year for more information on these projects.

THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT OF WATER PURIFICATION

A very important aspect of our work is its direct impact on the environment. Throughout the year, our solutions have contributed to the purification of:

  • Heavy metals such as mercury, lead, and cadmium, which can otherwise accumulate in ecosystems and harm animal and plant life. These can cause kidney damage, cancer, and birth defects in humans.

  • Nutrients, especially nitrogen and phosphorus, which can contribute to eutrophication if not removed. This phenomenon can lead to oxygen depletion in water, with severe consequences for ecosystems.

  • Total Suspended Solids (TSS), which not only increase turbidity but also degrade water quality by raising water temperature and reducing oxygen levels. High TSS levels can also transport both organic and inorganic toxins, affecting animal and plant life.

  • Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs), which pose a significant environmental threat due to their long-lasting and bioaccumulative properties. These have been observed causing major damage in animal populations, including polar bears and seabirds.

By purifying these parameters, our customers have played a crucial role in protecting water resources and ecosystems. We take great pride in saying that this work makes a difference – every single day.

LOOKING AHEAD: THOUGHTS FROM CEO, ROBERT TARASZ

As we look forward to the next year, we will continue working closely with customers and partners to deliver innovative and effective water purification solutions. Water is an invaluable resource, and we are committed to contributing to sustainable solutions for the future.

– This year has been both challenging and rewarding. There have been many long days at the office, and we have achieved a lot. We are especially pleased with how many companies have reached out to us for small-scale testing and that several of them have chosen us as their partner for water purification. Additionally, we have contributed to significant environmental improvements through our purification solutions, says Robert, adding:

– Finally, I want to extend a big thank you to our customers and partners for their trust and excellent collaboration this year.
