The mixer can run at 920 rpm, has a compact stainless steel design and can be set in both in a single phase or in a three-phase mode. This gives the mixer a flexibility that is necessary for high-speed mixing.

The AMR mixer is also available in a PP version where the shaft and impeller is designed in polypropylene so that the mixer can be used in corrosive mediums.

This high-speed mixer must be installed in tanks with anti-vortice baffles, and the mixer cannot work in a continuous mode.

The efficiency of the mixer is dependant upon:

  • the placing of the mixer
  • the viscosity of the wastewater
  • the dimensions of the tanks
  • the liquid levels
  • the size of the particles in suspension
  • corrosive vapors
